Final Photo Story for COMM 269: Victory Church
Christian churches in the area. According to an Outreach 100 survey, Victory church was the 60th fastest growing church in the U.S. in 2020.
Initially, I wanted to capture the differing ways each campus worshiped depending on the size and demographic. As my story went along I began to capture the staff and how they attempt to engage with their community. Gift Donations, Child Dedication, and Growth Track meetings were just a few of the ways Victory tried to engage with its attendees and help them grow.
I also captured some of the ways Victory continued to challenge and improve its outreach. Campus Pastor Meetings occur every few months and the church replaced a Sunday Service with an untraditional original performance in an attempt to broaden its message potential.
